This is a brilliant hot pink chiffon-like sleeveless top. The top is pullover & has a handkerchief style hem. In front there is a ruffle that goes right down the middle going from top to bottom.
There is also a dark pewter colored chain that runs in the middle of the ruffle, also going from top to bottom. The back of this top is done in a plain jersey knit.
