Heart Soul stretch cap sleeve shirt is constructed of a print jersey and has rows of ruffle trim along the neckline. The open mandarin collar continues into to a v-neckline and drops down to an empire waist. Waistline has straps on the side that tie in back. The short puff sleeves are slightly gathered at the shoulders. Bottom of the blouse is finished with a folded hem.
