Heart Soul stretch cap sleeve shirt is constructed of jersey with rows of ruffle trim along the neckline. The open mandarin collar continues into to a buttoned v-neckline with a wide band along the empire waist. Waistline has straps on the side that tie in back. Short puff sleeves gather at the shoulders. Bottom of the blouse is finished with a folded hem.
